About the Project

A customer support CRM with AI built into the ticket workflow rather than bolted on beside it. Support teams spend most of their time triaging rather than solving, and that is the part this targets.

What I Built

A full-stack ticket management system with role-based access for managers and agents, customer records, and AI-assisted ticket handling to speed up triage and response drafting.
